Mitsubishi Philippines recently celebrated its 60th anniversary in the country with a bang with a special event celebrating the history of the automotive brand in the country at the Worldtrade Center in Pasay. The Japanese automaker displayed historic units such as the Mitsubishi Lancer “box type,” the Mitsubishi L200, and the Mitsubishi Pajero. In addition, the brand also had its latest lineup of vehicles on display alongside the 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV, which is expected to launch soon.

The all-new BMW iX3 has been confirmed for launch in the Philippines on Jan. 23, 2023. In 2022, local BMW distributor SMC Asia Car Distributor Inc. announced that it would debut four electric vehicles in the market for this year. The iX3 crossover is the first one confirmed for the Philippines. It will join the BMW iX crossover in the brand's expanding electric vehicle lineup.
