It doesn't exempt itself from other traditional fuel-powered vehicles on the road as its design language isn't weirdly different but rather stunning.

I mean, who doesn't have a power outlet in their home, right? It's just like charging your smartphones.

The acceleration is impressively responsive

Of course, there are limitations when you use a fully electric vehicle. I mean, there is no off-road-capable electric vehicle invented yet, is there? However, for an advanced and developed commercially available electric vehicle like the Nissan Leaf, it comes with an impressive powertrain system. The acceleration is impressive as if you are not driving an electric-powered vehicle. The torque is there, you would feel it responding abruptly when you prompt it. It is impressive and unexpected at the same time. Truly, the automotive industry is moving forward.

The cabin looks ordinary

Truth be told, there's nothing special in the Nissan Leaf's cabin; I meant aesthetically. If you're like me, who have always imagined modern and futuristic cars to have cool-looking interior designs, Nissan Leaf is not like those. Instead of modern-looking ambient lighting and advanced technology console panel, it comes with an ordinary-looking cabin. You can't even compare it to those premium-looking top-of-the-line car variants that are fuel-powered. Several good-looking vehicles will make the Leaf hide from shame. To make it short, there is nothing special with its interior aesthetic presentation. Although of course, it is not the main selling point of the Nissan Leaf, but its innovative engine properties.

Its rear seats are cramped

There are several desirable attributes in the Leaf, but its rear cabin space is not one of those. Instead of having spacious rear legroom for the front passenger and the driver, it has limited space. So you better stop by the next gasoline station if you have to stretch for a while. However, even though the legroom space at the back is limited, it doesn't mean that you will not feel comfortable at all during your travel. Remember, the Leaf comes with zero-gravity seats, and that may compensate.

The rear seats don't fold down

Just a little concern about the rear seats of the 2022 Nissan Leaf. Why don't they fold down to provide additional cargo space? It's odd to think why a small detail like that, which also seems a standard feature even for an ordinary car, is absent on a technologically-advanced vehicle like the Nissan Leaf. Nevertheless, Nissan Leaf comes with more valuable characteristics and capabilities that are helpful to people and the environment.

The country isn't completely ready yet for electronic-powered vehicles

It all comes to this. As much as we wanted to be a part of sustainability, and even how much we wanted to save in the long run, the country isn't fully ready yet to support this kind of innovation. Yes, using a fully-electric vehicle is feasible, but it still has limitations. The Philippines still has a long journey to take in supporting automotive innovations like this.
