Who in his right mind would wear a three-piece suit while riding a motorcycle during summertime? Well, those who are serious about raising funds and awareness to combat prostate cancer and men’s mental health issues…and also those who are nuts about classic bikes, that's who.

The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride (DGR) was founded in Sydney, Australia, by Mark Hawwa. It was inspired by a photo of the TV show Mad Men’s Don Draper astride a classic bike and wearing his finest suit.

Mark decided a themed ride would be a great way of connecting niche motorcycle enthusiasts and communities while raising funds to support the men in our society.

Since its inception in 2012, the DGR has raised $ 37.5 Million with 340,000 rider participants across multiple locations in 121 countries. 2023 marks a special cause for celebration, with this year being a decade of partnership with one of the world’s most remarkable motorcycle manufacturers, Triumph Motorcycles.
