CFMOTO has been launching some serious performance bikes lately, but its latest addition to its line-up is an unintimidating toy bike that would definitely put a smile on any rider’s face.

Enter the CFMOTO XO Papio Racer

With dual round headlights and upper cowl, the XO Papio Racer is inspired by 1980s sports bike styling albeit in cuter, commuter-friendly dimensions.

Having only a 1,214 mm wheelbase and a 740 mm seat height, this could be the easiest handling bike yet from CFMOTO. It could even rival entry-level scooters in terms of flickability as it runs on 12-inch wheels.

The XO Papio Racer is propelled by a 126cc air-cooled single-cylinder engine mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. The mill produces decent grunt with 7 kW and 9.2 Nm output. In fact, CFMOTO seems to have designed this little toy bike to be ridden hard. It sports an upside-down fork in the front and a mono-shock at the rear. This mini-racer is even equipped with dual-channel ABS.

It would seem that CFMOTO is bravely going into an unfamiliar market segment that Honda wouldn’t even dare with its highly-popular Grom.
