Number 73! Toyota Philippines officially opens Ormoc, Leyte dealership

Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) may be the undisputed automotive sales leader in the country, but it isn’t resting on its laurels.

The company announced in a September 2023 press statement that it has officially opened Toyota Ormoc, Leyte, located in Barangay San Pablo, Simangan. It serves as the Japanese carmaker’s 73rd dealership in the Philippines.

With a total lot area of 15,000 square meters, the new dealer is also the largest under the Toyota Tacloban group.

Its spacious showroom can display up to six cars, while its service center has seven reception bays, two express maintenance bays, one periodic maintenance bay, 14 body and paint bays and 152 stockyard bays. 

In addition, genuine Toyota parts and accessories will be available in the dealership, which likewise has a GAZOO Racing (GR) Garage area where customers can purchase various original GR merchandise.

“We are highly committed to continue what we’ve started,” said Toyota Ormoc, Leyte president Jimmy Yaokasin.

“Bringing a culture of resilience and stakeholder-friendly brand of management, and with the help and support of our team members and customers, and the guidance of our Almighty God, we are confident that we will be able to achieve more milestones in the future,” he added.
