2022 Toyota Fortuner Short Highlight Review: Three Best Things about Owning Fortuner

The Toyota Fortuner is a best-selling PPV in the Philippines, and like the Vios of compact sedans, it is most likely that you know someone who owns one. Being a car of choice, the Fortuner has grown a following and very loyal clientele. As time, however, has passed on, the Fortuner has had many competition, not only the Montero, but also other models like the Terra, MUX, and the Trailblazer to name a few. These models have vastly improved on what the Toyota Fortuner has to offer. Still, there are boons from the Fortuner, and below are three best things about this line of PPVs from Toyota.

There is a Fortuner for Everyone

The Fortuner line has four variants – the G, the A, the Q and the top-of-the-line LTD. Among these are two engine types, two types of transmission, two- and four-wheel drives, 7- or 8-inch infotainment systems, and other similar yet slightly different features across the variants as well. No matter what you decide to drive, what features you are looking for, there is a Fortuner to suit your choice. Indeed, a Fortuner for everyone.

Safety is a Priority

If there are different features for the many variants of the Fortuner, in terms of safety, all variants share the same safety features: Dual Airbags, Driver's Knee Airbag, ABS with Brake Assist and EBD, Traction Control, Hill Start Assist, 3-point seat belts for all passengers, and front and rear proximity sensors. Meanwhile, all variants, except the G, also has a 360-camera. Also, as the LTD is the top-of-the-line variant, expect that there are extra safety features included, such as Toyota Safety Sense, Side and Curtain Airbags and Hill Descent Control. This makes sense because a premium variant like the LTD must have more things to offer than others.

A Right Balance of Everything

A balance of power, space, and practicality especially with the trunk space and the 7-seater functionality, as well as the high ground clearance. Also add on the looks, because even if other PPVs have come out, getting out of a Fortuner makes one look awesome. Being a Toyota, it is also practical, and quite fuel efficient as well. It is a right balance of everything.

Now, I guess we kind of know of know why the Fortuner is a best-seller in its class. Considering these three, getting a Fortuner sounds like a very good deal that would be hard to miss.
