What Thing You Should Know About 2022 Suzuki S-Presso Before Owing it

Japanese automaker Suzuki Motor Corporation was known for introducing mini cars, and it was hailed in Japan as the fourth largest automobile brand after Toyota, Nissan, and Honda. Suzuki has always been considered by Filipinos as the company produces competitive yet affordable vehicles. This 2022, the Suzuki S-Presso is the most affordable city car in the country along with promising fuel efficiency. That is why the S-Presso is gaining popularity nowadays.

Prices and Colors

The 2022 Suzuki S-Presso is available in three variants in the Philippines automotive market. The Suzuki S-Presso GL Manual Transmission variant is priced at Php523,000, while Php543,000 for the Suzuki S-Presso GL Manual Transmission with Alloy Wheels variant. On the other hand, its top-of-the-line variant Suzuki S-Presso Special Edition Manual Transmission costs Php568,000.

Suzuki S-Presso GL comes in four colors – Metallic Silky Silver, Sizzle Orange, Metallic Granite Grey, and Fire Red, while the top-of-the-line variant comes only in Starry Blue Pearl color.

Engine and Transmission

The S-Presso is powered by a 1.0-liter naturally aspirated K10B gasoline engine that produces 67 horsepower and 90 Nm of torque maximum output mated to a five-speed manual transmission.

Exterior

The exterior profile of all variants is the same, except for the color. It has a boxy body structure with a stylish air vent grille accessorized with silver trims that go towards its halogen headlamps. One characteristic that makes the exterior of the S-Presso stand out is its silver accents on the black front bumper, side skirts, and rear bumper. Those silver accents on the black lower parts of the S-Presso complement its 14-inch alloy wheels. At the back, it has a prominent black rear spoiler, faux skid plate matched up front, and LED taillamps. When you open up its manual tailgate, 239-liter cargo space is provided as a default.

Interior

The S-Presso comes with the basic cabin layout, just what you would expect from a vehicle at its price point. The dashboard and doors are dominated by hard plastic materials, adorned by some silver trims exclusive to the SE variant to make the S-Presso fresh-looking from its outgoing model and the rest of the lineup. Unlike the usual, the instrument cluster of the S-Presso is found at the center of the dashboard console and not in front of the driver. It has a digital speedometer at the top-most part of the cluster. Below the instrument cluster is a seven-inch infotainment touchscreen that supports Bluetooth connectivity. It comes with power windows up front, while the back will give you nostalgia as the rear windows are manually-operated.

Safety and Security

Despite Suzuki S-Presso's affordable price point, it comes with safety and security features that will make every passenger safe onboard, including ABS with EBD, child safety locks, airbags, seat belts, seat belt warning, engine check warning, front impact beams, side-impact beams, parking sensors, crash sensors, door ajar warning, day and night rear view mirror, central locking, anti-theft device and alarm, power door locks, and engine immobilizer.

The 2022 Suzuki S-Presso may be small, but it has the necessary components and characteristics that surely are within your budget and expectations.
