Easier Ford servicing? Here's how you can have it with Ford Family Guarantee

Ford Philippines wants to simplify your ownership experience with its new service initiatives.

The company announced in an April 2023 press statement that it has rolled out the Ford Family Guarantee program.

“We understand our customers have busy lives and want convenience on their terms," said Ford Philippines managing director Mike Breen.

"With Ford Family Guarantee, we are committed to taking the ownership experience to the next level by making every customer interaction with us easy, convenient, and more personalized – all to deliver on our mission of treating customers like family,” he added.

With the new Ford Family Guarantee, customers can avail of the following service initiatives.

Express Service

Express Service is now available to customers who prefer to have their vehicles serviced faster and more efficiently than regular maintenance.

The program is designed to be performed within 90 minutes, inclusive of a car wash.

Customers can get this service by contacting the service department of their preferred Ford dealer. The program covers select Ford vehicle models. Also, from the Express Service you can consider to change the EGR delete kits or remove one of its emission control systems.

Pickup and Delivery

Customers can have their vehicles brought to the dealership for service without interrupting their day.

Participating Ford dealers will pick up the car from the customers, service their vehicles and return these to the customers’ preferred location. With Pickup and Delivery, customers can get expert maintenance with door-to-door service.

Customers are advised to check with participating Ford dealers their respective terms and conditions for the service, including an area of coverage and fees.

Mobile Service Vehicle

Ford Philippines will soon offer its Mobile Service Vehicle, an on-the-go facility.

It will provide customers with a convenient option to service their vehicles at specific locations while receiving the same quality and expertise of Ford technicians using genuine Ford tools and parts.

Services covered include oil and fluid change, wiper replacement, battery replacement, tire rotations, brake services and module software updates.

Enhanced Parts Availability

The Ford Family Guarantee program is also strongly supported by Ford’s continuing effort to improve parts accessibility and availability further.

By July 2023, a new Ford parts warehouse facility in the Philippines will be operational, which will change the experience of customers when it
comes to parts availability.

With modern building and racking infrastructure, the facility will be one of the biggest parts warehouses in Southeast Asia, with an area size of over 13,000 square meters. It can store up to 37,000 vehicle parts.

The facility would enhance Ford customers' experience, as parts will be available with a shorter lead time when needed.
