Coffee please? A Hyundai IONIQ 5 lets you enjoy your brew at the 10th Philippine EV Summit

Hyundai Motor Philippines has become the newest member of the Electric Vehicle Association of the Philippines, participating in the 10th Philippine Electric Vehicle Summit happening until October 21, 2022. 

HMPH once again showcased its upcoming IONIQ 5 EV at the event while highlighting the brand's clean mobility roadmap, dedicated technologies and models, and a feature of   Hyundai's latest EVs, the IONIQ 6 and IONIQ 7.

"Hyundai Motor has always been vocal in its commitment towards mobility that rewards people and the planet. This pursuit for sustainability aims to empower individuals yearning for a green world that they can be in charge of living out change starting with our IONIQ 5," according to HMPH's Deputy General Manager for Marketing, Mr. Mark Parulan. He presented earlier along with President Dong Wook Lee.

The IONIQ 5 was set up to demonstrate its Vehicle to Load or V2L functionality, where coffee machines drew their power from the EV.

The IONIQ 5 is the triple-crown winner of the 2022 World Car Awards. A feat no other EV has achieved until now. It was recognized as the World Car of the Year, Electric Vehicle of the Year, and World Car Design of the Year. It will officially launch in the Philippines in early 2023. 

Check out the Hyundai Motor Philippines booth at the SMX Convention Center, SM Mall of Asia, later today to see the IONIQ 5 and the other electric vehicles on display. Test-drive some EVs onsite to experience the possible future of mobility in the country.
