Since its inception in 2010, the Yamaha Club (YClub) has aimed to become the official riding community for Yamaha motorcycle enthusiasts.

Over the years, various groups have joined the YClub, including the Aerox Club Philippines (ACP), which came into existence in 2017 when Yamaha Motor Philippines introduced the most performance-oriented scooter in the Mio line, the Mio Aerox.

It is powered by a 155cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder 4-valve Blue Core engine mated to a continuously variable transmission. The Aerox also comes equipped with Yamaha’s Variable Valve Actuation system, which helps maximize output through the entire rev range.

Fast forward to the present, ACP celebrates its 7th anniversary, boasting an impressive 16,000 members.

A grand anniversary celebration recently took place, in partnership with Yamaha, at the Baguio Convention Center. Hundreds of ACP riders gathered to enjoy a variety of activities, games and an entertainment-packed program, complete with exciting raffle prizes.

During the program, Yamaha Motor Philippines expressed its gratitude for ACP’s steadfast support throughout the years.

The club has consistently shown appreciation for the brand and its dedication to connecting with customers. As the largest group within YClub, ACP received a plaque of recognition and an honorarium from Yamaha to honor its unwavering brand loyalty.

To end the event with a bang, Yamaha Motor Philippines marketing section manager Toni Acuesta announced that the company will be sending two lucky ACP members to Malaysia in November to watch MotoGP live.
