Car issue was low power and car engine shutting down. Mechanic said we just need to do a computer scan. During scan the issue was no longer happening. Mecahnic said issue was fixed. And if issue happens we can call to have assistance. Next day. Car won't start and low power again. I called and manager said they have a P2,000 charge for home visit. I live around 300 meters away from the shop. My car cannot go up the ramp so I need them to check from my location. I asked if it is possible to waive the fee as part of warranty. They said no. My car is still not fixed and no one from Car Doctor is answering my calls. I would say this is very poor quality of customer service. Yes, they have good equipment. Even the manager is not accommodating.

I was expecting them to be "diagnosing" the real problem, but just using the OBD and just reset the car. Turns out, the problem came back. Also, very expensive than other car shops...

Not recommended for your car. They were not able to solve the car engine's problem. Worse, they changed a lot of parts since that was their recommendation and it was not reasonable in terms of price. Sorry for this negative review. Hope you can improve your services to meet the standards of customers.

Not recommended. More expensive than casa for both labor and materials/parts. Stay away if you are saving money.
