The whole area @Rapide Century Mall was clean and orderly with a comfortable waiting lounge. Mechanics are on top of my car's needs and you have a very accomodating frontdesk staff Krizia. Finding a good car repair shop in Metro Manila, particularly for a foreigner, can be difficult: from now on, I’ll go nowhere else, this is the one. The team led by the manager Sarah is not only super pro and highly competent, including dealing with complex issues, they are also warm and friendly, and charge a very reasonable price without hidden costs. Add to this a quiet waiting room with aircond where to relax while you car is getting fixed, and an integrated service system with for example car wash and window treatment also available on location, allowing you to do everything right there and avoid the hassle of shop-hopping a whole day. Make sure to go to the Poblacion branch as this is a franchise and not all branches may provide the same quality service.

Best place for auto pampering and the only branch that can service bullet proof cars . Aside from auto repair they also have other services like full detailing, body repair, steam wash sanitation, bac- to zero and many more. They also have customer lounge where you can have free coffee and free wifi.

Thank you for the fast and hassle free service. The mechanic was very helpful and explained to me everything that they did to my car and was able to answer all my inquiries. They have a spacious and clean waiting area upstairs. I was able to work while my car was being serviced. Kudos Rapide!

Was Charged 1500 for Inspection but no resolution, only got suggested to pay another 9500 for further inspection. Car did not even get lifted. All this for an obvious issue, a worn out shock absorber and bushing. Stay away! Rip off.. Got it fixed at some generic mechanic at the sidewalk along araneta ave, spent 3200 for it.

I went to get an estimate for car dent repair. After feeling like I imposed on their siesta, the admin lady gives me a card because I need the official estimate for my insurance (I wanted her to have my email pero tinatamad ata magsulat). A few days pass and no answer. I call to follow up and she says they will send the day after. I call after a week, and very blase about not having sent it after multiple follow ups via text and call. I don't know why I bothered, obviously it's a sign of bad service but I guess I was hopeful since Rapide sya. No wonder so many bad reviews here for them.

They charged me over 3000 pesos for a scan of my car and said that they would get back to me about the replacement part but they never did. I've been trying for over a month without success to get the estimate. I feel that I have been robbed of this money. What is the point of the scan if you are not going to repair the car.

Fixed an appointment to get ceramic coating some promo that said 5 ocats of Zeibart ceramic. Upon reaching was told its only 2 coats...why advertise false. Spent 15 minutes there and left the car since they take 3 days!! After I got bak home I got a message saying I need to pay advance as they wont start work. Asked to speak with owner I was told he is too busy and doesnt talk to customers. Such arrogance in the service industry. Totally avoidable...
