Worst carwash experience ever. The staff was rude and kept telling me to walk faster considering I’m pregnant and was very cautious in every step I make when I got in the car they were shouting “ang bagal”. My car was still dirty. Sana hindi nalang ako nagpa carwash.

If only I can rate 0, I would. Worst service!!! We’re rushed to pay and leave because according to the guy working there “bilis lang kasi may nakapila”. Like calm down, the floors all wet and you want us to rush to our car? The clean is not even good, super minadali lang.

Horrible cleaning, they only focused on the exterior of the car. After the carwash, the inside was still dirty and the carpets still had dirt on it. Additionally, the plave was also dirty and after the carwash there are flies inside of my car. Very lazy service, will never come back here again.

Had a car wash last October 28 Saturday at around 320pm finished after about an hour no complaints, but today October 31 I noticed the all weather mat which I place underneath my mats that have upturned lips (for spilled water) wasn't placed back. I am going there tomorrow in hopes they are open, and so I can get back my mats which cost me money. I cannot recommend this car wash until they rectify this serious error. No other car wash in Kapitolyo has done such an error of not returning all the items back into my car, ever. Only here at 212 Car wash beware. I will keep my recommendation NOT to have your car wash here until they resolve my problem.

They initally told us that our carwash and wax would cost 600+. But after everything was done, they charged us 800+. When we argued about it, the owner told us that “hindi niyo lang narinig”. What an impolite way of dealing with a customer. Will never go back and will never recommend to anyone.

Their service is awful... that's why they even did a car wash to clean the mags that are still dirty. The cleaning is not polished, the speed to clean is rushed because there are next customers and there is no quality. Suddenly the fender on the right side was dented, it wasn't there before I cleaned it, then after the car wash it was there.. the other parts were still wet and didn't even wipe properly. Not recommend.. waste of money. Oatmeal
